Philip Frankl, Principal
Philip’s recent projects range from planning of a streetscape project with on-site mitigation of urban storm water run-off, to several LEED certification projects including student housing and dining facilities at the CSU Chico campus. Current projects include a hillside residential community on a former quarry site, a half mile ‘Complete Street’ development adjacent to Winsor’s Town Green, and the design of several school campus renovations.
