Project features: Renovation of historic plaza located at the steps of City Hall; Central fountain plaza; Cesar Chavez memorial sculpture garden; Performance stage used weekly in the summer for Sacramento's 'Concert in the Park' series; Event lawn; Seatwalls and benches; Wide walkway which doubles as a very popular Farmer's Market.
